First of all, I'd like to tell you about me. My e-alias is often known as Lemming Emoface or Lemming Rides Muse. I'm a poor kid who's been sad for most of my life, given that I live in Hawaii but can't swim. It sucks when people ask me to go to the beach, and I'd have to say "sorry I'm busy" or something, when in fact it's because of my inability to swim without flotation devices.

Then my life was all turned around when I met this girl, Divine Muse, also known as Musey Juicy. I knew it was love at first sight, and our love developed as we went through guilds such as Xxx The Final Thrust Xxx and The Jagerbombs (as a side note, you can see that I'm still in Xxx The Final Thrust Xxx in memory of her). We went through so many turmoils, and we've fought through so much. Despite necros, snuff, and divine never healing me, Muse was always there to ward me and toss me a boon. Despite the noodle running off to solo bases and leaving me with all the blinds because dark can't interrupt for shit, I endured through it. Why? Because I had Muse. She was like an angel to me.

Then one day, she disappeared. I waited. One day, two days, three days. Eventually all I'd do is get on Guild Wars, open the guild roster, and see that Muse has been gone for a week. It eventually grew to two weeks. I wouldn't even PvE or GvG during that time. It was definitely a sad moment for me, but I held back my tears, thinking she was just busy in real life.

About 2-3 weeks after her leave from Guild Wars, I had the courage to finally call her to figure out what's wrong.

"Hello? Is this Muse?"

"Hey! Who's this?"

"Oh, uhhh, it's Lemming, from Guild Wars. I missed you a lot."

"Sorry Lemming baby, I should've told you this, but I already found a new love in World of Warcraft."

"Can I join you?"

*hangs up*

I cried so hard that day that I didn't even eat (and I love to eat!). My parents tried to console me, but that didn't work. It felt so terrible, like my life force was just being torn away from me.

To this day, I still wander the lands of World of Warcraft trying to find Muse, but still don't know which server she's on even.
Muse didn't go to WoW, she died.

I cried for Lemming.

Amuseing story though.

Yeah I understand this PvP monster thing, mostly because PvE scrubs call me a mean douchebag pvper etc... I was in a r3+ Pug for HA and this little r3 freaked out on another little r3. It was actually hilarious, but meh I feel your >_> pain(?).

Some people are naturally more competitive than others - by instinct. It does not matter what the comptetition is, and it will mostly occur with males who are more agressive in direct competition and less social about it. This is not considered an excuse to bad behavior, but is an understandable reason that it occurs and needs additional training to be channeled properly.

Qutting and running was not the best response either. One should be thick enough skinned to continue doing one's best. A person does need to contribute well to their group to feel a part of the group - but ... they cannot rely on the estimation of others for their self-worth. Listen to what others have to say, in what ever tone they say it - then do what you need to do in order to show yourself progress. It is your best you are competing against not their demands.

I was 100 EXP away from Legendary Survivor on my Monk. I died, when that Oni appeared (was doing a quest in Kurzick area). So I guess that one Oni did.

althought this did not make me cry, but its very sad, to know that a friend pass away, someone you play online game with, his nick name is still in my friend list, and I know it will never be "lighted" ever again, still can't bring myself to remove it.

Although I know this friend only for a shot while, I am glad we get to play guild wars together, we play other online game together a lot thou will always be remembered with fond memories.

complication from a surgery, if you are wandering.

"where pvp has made one of your nicest guildie turn to PvP monster?"

Honestly... Who hasn't seen this or had this happen directly to them? It's all too common when competitive games get a microphone. To have it happen to an e-friend kinda sucks but it comes part and parcel with the game.

I cry when I let someone die because of a bad infuse.

I cry when I have to play with 2 Joos.

I cry when I have to play with a pug PROT.

I cry when I am blamed on the spot.

I cry because I am still playing a dying game.

I cry because nobody remembers my name.

Shedding emotional tears is good for you. It gets out toxins and emits beta-endorphin which is like your natural morphine.

Personally, I cry over matters of friendship and serious matters both in game and in real life. Crying over criticism is a bit much but it can happen, especially if they are being mean about it.

There's nothing wrong with a good cry, and it always makes you feel better .

never cried on GW. lol at the thought of it actually. it's a game, right? now maybe if i had a really close friendship with someone in RL who also played the game...but then i'd be crying about it via RL, not GW.

nope. never.
Got pretty frustrated with some HM missions sometimes, but those days are over fortunately, as I have reached Legendary Guardian. Oh no! I still need to do EotN in HM :O ... *cries*

but seriously. no.
